The Professional Profiles tab is your main hub for viewing and managing all identified individuals interacting with your website. This view helps you understand who your potential prospects are and whether they may be relevant to your sales, marketing, or outreach efforts.
Each row in the table represents a professional profile. The first column displays the person’s name, along with icons linking to any available social media accounts. Clicking an icon will open their profile in a new tab so you can quickly research or validate the individual.

Customizing Columns #
The table view is fully customizable to suit your preferences. By clicking Customize Columns, you’ll be able to choose which fields are visible, rearrange their order, or hide information that’s not immediately relevant. This gives you control over how much detail you see while working
Tagging and Organizing #
Tags make it easier to categorize and search through profiles. They work like labels or keywords, allowing you to create flexible groupings based on criteria important to your team, such as roles, regions, funnel stages, or engagement level.
You can assign tags directly from a profile’s detail page or apply them in bulk. To tag multiple profiles at once, select the ones you want, open the Actions menu, and choose Add Tags. A window will appear where you can choose existing tags or create new ones. Multiple tags can be added at the same time.

Using Filters #
To help you find the right profiles faster, the system includes a robust set of filters. You can filter based on individual characteristics, company details, or activity on your website.
Individual filters include options like job function, seniority, skills, and whether contact information is available. Company filters let you narrow results by industry, company size, or location. You can also apply activity-based filters to identify people based on their engagement, such as pages visited, date of visit, traffic source, and more.
Once you’ve applied the filters you need, you can save them for future use. Just click Save this Filter, name it, and it will appear in your Saved Filters list at the top of the page for easy access next time.
Exporting Profiles #
If you need to work with this data outside the platform, exporting is simple. Select the profiles you want to include—or use the dropdown next to the top checkbox to select all—then click Actions and choose Export. Your CSV file will be generated and automatically downloaded once it’s ready. For larger exports, processing may take a moment, but you can continue using the platform while the export runs in the background.
Exploring an Individual’s Profile #
Clicking on any person’s name will take you to their Professional Profile. This page provides a deeper view into who the individual is, including their contact details and behavior on your website.

The top of the page shows core information such as name, title, company, and any available contact methods. You can edit this information or add new contact options by clicking Edit or Add in the appropriate section.
If your SDR or sales team needs to update contact details—such as email addresses, phone numbers, or LinkedIn profiles—they can do so directly here. Any updates will be saved for future reference.
Understanding Activity Insights #
The Activity Insights section helps you evaluate the level of interest and intent shown by the individual. You’ll see how many times they’ve visited the site, which pages they landed on, how long they stayed, and where they came from. First and last visit dates, total pages viewed, time on site, traffic type, and referral details are all included to help you qualify interest.

Below the insights, you’ll find a detailed breakdown of the individual’s interactions, organized across four tabs:
- All: A complete view of all tracked actions.
- Page Visits: Detailed session data, including visit dates, specific pages viewed, sources, and time spent on site.
- Campaigns: Reserved for future updates. This tab will display activity tied to outreach campaigns sent through DemandSense.
- Manual Actions: A log of any changes made manually to the profile, such as tags added, status updates, or custom notes.
By using the Professional Profiles tab and its features effectively, you’ll have a clear and organized view of all the individuals interacting with your brand, allowing your team to make smarter, more targeted next steps.
