The All Traffic tab gives you a complete view of all activity happening on your website. This includes every session—whether the visitor is identified or anonymous—so you can track behavior across both known and unknown visitors.
What You’ll See #
Every session recorded by the system appears here. Even if the visitor hasn’t been identified yet, their activity is logged to give you a full picture of engagement across your site.
When an individual or company is recognized, their name and/or organization will be displayed in the session row. You can click on either to go directly to their Professional Profile or Company Profile to view more details, including visit history and contact information.
If the visitor hasn’t been identified, the session will appear under the label “Anonymous visitor.” You can still click through to view all of the sessions tied to that anonymous visitor. This allows you to monitor behavior over time, even before a profile is created.

Retroactive Recognition #
One powerful feature of the All Traffic tab is retroactive session recognition. If an anonymous visitor becomes identified during a future visit—for example, by filling out a form or being matched via a third-party database—the system will automatically link their past anonymous sessions to their now-recognized profile. This gives you a complete historical view of their engagement from the very first visit.
Why It Matters #
The All Traffic tab is especially useful for understanding broader site behavior trends, spotting frequent but unrecognized visitors, and seeing early interest from prospects before they convert or reveal their identity. It’s your go-to space for uncovering hidden opportunities and getting the full context behind both known and anonymous traffic.
